Extremely anal about every little thing, lazy to do the work that they should be doing, had to do a retest over something extremely small, but when I came back for a retest the technician claimed there’s a policy where only the original technician can smog the car and he couldn’t do it, he was just being lazy and did not want to do the work, take your money somewhere else and don’t waste time on this place!!

Boom. Next car. Boom. Payment. Boom. Helpful tip. Boom. Back to work. No wasted movement. No chaos. No attitude. Just pure efficiency and great customer service. While my truck was getting smogged, he was also dropping little gems and giving me helpful tips along the way, which I genuinely appreciated. That's the kind of stuff that sticks with people. He wasn't just trying to rush me through--he actually cared enough to be helpful. And here's the part that really stood out to me... People were still showing up after closing. Now most places hit you with that "sorry, we're closed" look before you even get out of your car. Not here. He let them know there'd be a wait, but he was still willing to help and get to them. That's real hospitality. That's somebody who takes pride in what they do and understands people are just trying to handle life stuff without making it harder than it needs to be. In a world where customer service sometimes feels like it's hanging on by a thread, Greenback Smog was a refreshing reminder that good people still run good businesses.
